How It Works
- PunchIn to Google: When a client books a session online through your PunchIn portal, the event instantly populates on your connected Google Calendar with all relevant details (client info, room, engineer).
- Google to PunchIn: If you take a manual booking over the phone and enter it into Google Calendar, or block out time for maintenance, PunchIn picks that event up and removes the time slot from your public booking page. Google notifies PunchIn as changes happen, and a periodic sweep catches anything the notification missed.
Never Double-Book Again
Because sync runs off a live push notification from Google plus a periodic backstop sweep, your public availability stays accurate without you refreshing anything. You can confidently share your booking link knowing that artists will only see slots that are genuinely open.
Engineer Synchronization
