How do I sync my Google Calendar?+
You can sync your Google Calendar by navigating to Dashboard > Config > Calendar and clicking "Connect Google Account". This will prevent double-bookings automatically.
How are payouts processed?+
Payouts are processed securely via Stripe. Once a session is completed, funds are automatically transferred to your linked bank account within 2-3 business days.
Can I require deposits for bookings?+
Yes, you can configure deposit requirements in the Policies section of your dashboard. You can set a fixed amount or a percentage of the total session cost.
How do engineer shifts work?+
You can assign engineers to specific rooms and shifts using the On-Call Shifts calendar. When a client books that room, the system automatically assigns the on-call engineer and notifies them.
